| Sequoia Andrews, 6, center, explains her science fair project to judges at the Agape Corner Boarding School Summer Science Fair Monday afternoon. Judges Kelly Salter, left, a UNC medical school student, and Stephanie Embry, a Duke University research analyst, ask questions while looking over her project,
'Zoology Collection: Insects and other arthropods.' Agape Corner Boarding School is a year-round, K-12 Christian boarding school. The school is in its 24th year of serving at-risk, inner-city youth free of charge. It uses renowned educator Charlotte Mason's principles in curriculum design and teaching style to provide a broad education. |
