Durham police investigate East Main Street homicide

— Police are investigating a homicide that was reported shortly after 3:30 p.m. Thursday on East Main Street.

Officers were dispatched to the 900 block of East Main Street where they found an man who had been shot and was lying in a breezeway. The man was taken to the hospital where he died a short time later.

The victim has been identified as Marquise Keshawn Mangum, 18, of Durham.

No arrests have been made yet and no further information is immediately available on the case.
