Durham Parks and Recreation will host the 2008 North Carolina/South Carolina Beep Ball Tournament from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Friday, July 25, at Herndon Park, 511 Scott King Road.

Beep Ball is an adaptation of baseball that enables individuals who are blind and visually impaired to play. Citizens are invited to cheer the Durham Sluggers Beep Ball Team as they compete in the tournament. This event is free and open to the public.
