The barbershop was in the middle of a promotion where they were giving away haircuts for students that had a 3.0 grade average or better, but William was just there getting his regular cut. "We usually have him watch a DVD when we need him to be a little calmer. He has a fair amount of energy," Hannah said. Tim McIntosh, whose hands are shown cutting the boy's hair, is one of the partners in the barbershop. Hannah said he has been a customer of Tim's for about five years in various locations and followed him here to his new shop, which just opened in October.
