Ashley Adams, right, who works in human resources at Durham Regional Hospital and is dressed as an ancient Egyptian, hands out materials to a hospital employee during a two-day World Fair training event at the hospital. At left is Jana Lake, a registered nurse in orthopedics who was participating in the training. During the event, employees 'journeyed' to informational training booths set in different countries where the workers could gather the latest information about hospital initiatives. In 'Egypt,' employees learned about the hospital's enhanced reward and recognition program.
