The Coalition to Unchain Dogs Fence Fund will hold a benefit concert from 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 13., at Durham Central Park.

To date the coalition has freed 35 dogs by building 20 fences for area dogs and their guardians.
